Formula to get Number of Days Work Order is Open Less the Time it is On Hold
We would like to track how long a Work Order has been open, not counting the time the RMA status is on 'CR Hold'.
Days Open - (Date CR Hold ended - Date CR hold started).
I had to grab the Date from the System Notes fields.. and was able to grab the Days in CR Hold through the formula below:
