Customers logging in via web services
Hi!
Does anyone know what role a user must have in order to be able to log in via a web services connection?
We have a system where customers log in both via their customer center for some things and also via a seperate site that talks to Netsuite via web services. We need customers to be able to enter their Netsuite username and password and have them log in via the web services, but the error we get back is that they don't have the correct permissions.
However, I can't see how to add a web services permission to a Customer role in the same way as you can with an Employee role.
