Attaching a Note to SupportCase
I was hoping someone might be able to show us where we are going wrong with attaching a note to a support case record using WSDL 1.3.2.
A new note is created, and then assigned to a support case with the statement:
Note newNote = new Note();
newNote.record = new RecordRef();
newNote.record.internalId = supportCase.internalId;
When we upload this using the Web Services, it gives us a successful operation response. Both times its gives us the key (61 & 69) for the new note record, but they do not show up in the UI if you go to that support case and look for them. It appears they are dangling notes in the system that simply do not show up.
