Login SOAP Message

I am not using any of the .NET tools but instead just trying to use a raw XMLHTTP object call to send a simple SOAP message to NS to query a customer record and get the customer's current balance.

Here is the SOAP message I have formatted for Login.  This is giving errors but I don't know why.  Can anyone help?
