Shopsite-Shopping Cart Orders Passed to Netsuite Via Web Services

I am looking for a company who has either already made the investment in passing orders to netsuite from the shopsite shopping cart vi web services and would be interested in recuperating some their investment or alternatively, I am looking for a current shopsite and netsuite user who is interested in doing this integration and would like to share in the development costs.  We currently use SMBxml to pass the orders and the process is becoming cumbersome.  This is a module that would have an interesting resale value to the shopsite community as well.
