Problem creating CustomerPayment object

Hello,

I was having troubles properly instantiating the CustomerPayment class. Basically, our Visual Studio 2005 web application applies a payment of a user-specified amount to an existing invoice on Netsuite. I get the following exception (I am setting the internalID of the invoice to 42328)

You must specify a valid line ID.  Please set doc:42328.

The SOAPSerialization for the CustomerPayment object is as listed below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
