Customer support cases
We currently have support cases linked on our site as "cant find your part". Customers can email through the site for question answering.
Issues im having:
1. We would like to create templates to use when answering FAQ's. Does anyone know how to do this?
2. When sending a link through the support case it does not come through to the end user as a "live link". We have to ask the customer to "copy and paste" this link. Suggestions, solution?
