Web Developer Recommendations?

We're just finishing our first year of using NetSuite and have licensed to use the Advanced Web Module to build out a new range of site features. Our main goal is to passcode and limit access to our Wholesale product range for retailers and to integrate a range features (and prices) that would differ from what we offer to our individual retail customers.
- Does anyone recommend a web developer for this and related work?
