Adding Web Refernce Crashes Visual Studio

Hey all,

I'm trying to get a handle on web services and use it for some integration work, but when I follow the directions in the documentation pdf to add the web reference it kills Visual Studio. I'm not terribly familiar with Visual Studio, or C# or really most of this, does anyone have an idea what might be going wrong?
