Initialize doesn't return an itemList
when i initialize a cash sale or an invoice from a sales order (status = Pending Fulfillment), there's no itemList, so when i try to send it in, it tells me i need to "specify at least one item for this transaction." i would post a SOAP, but SOAP messages for Initialize calls don't seem to show up in the integration report.
