Component URL on Item and Site Category

WSDL v2.5 does not appear to expose the URL Component  for Item or Site Category.

How can one import the component URL for item and site category?

URL Component  = Descriptive URL = SEO Friendly URL

We have our own algorithm that we apply to the URL's rather than the URL being set to the same as the item or category name.
