New Cell Phones

Hi, I know this isn't the right place for this but I couldn't find a more appropriate thread.  Our sales force is looking for new cell phones and would like to be able to access the Netsuite database using those phones.  I just went to a Verizon store and tried out the Palm with Windows 5 and the newest Blackberry but neither was able to get past the login screen.  Has anyone had any luck with this?
