Web Service changes

We noticed minor changes to the behavior of Web Services in the 2007 release.  Unfortunately, we have many integrations with our NetSuite account, and it took a while to detect a problem.  Will someone at NetSuite see if it is possible to give advanced (as much as possible) notice of the exact changes to Web Service behavior?

Specifically we noticed new error codes that were not introduced until 2007.  We were expecting the same error messages as 11.0.6, but no where, not even in the release notes (which we didn't get until AFTER the release), was there any explanation of changes to error codes, etc.
