Attaching Contact to a Job

Customer is using Advanced Jobs and the UI allows to link Contact to Jobs.
We are using WSDL 2.6 to load a Job and there is no method to link contacts to Job.  Is this supposed via WebServices 2.6?  We are using Axis to generate the java classes and using it to load Jobs.


Could someone guide us on this.
