How to update custom field value in Customer record on creation of opportunity

Hi,

I have a field in Lead/Prospect/customer Form. I created a lead record and entered a text in this field.

Now on creation of Opportunity for this lead, I want to update the field value in Customer Form. How can I do this.

Example:
Lead Record
Company: XYZ & Co.
custom Field:  ABCDEF


Opportunity: 1234
Company: XYZ & Co.

On Opportunity creation, i want to update the Custom field value in Lead record as UIOPL.

How can I do this?
