UNEXPECTED_ERROR When trying to delete files

Ok, I'm trying to delete file and I get an UNEXPECTED_ERROR code back when I either do a delete() or deleteList(). I verified that the files do exist, and I'm passing the correct internal id, still getting that error. It's not giving me anything to go with and the call is exactly what's needed.

Here's the request SOAP message for a simple delete:
