NetSuite Data Warehouse

Has anyone experience with creating a local Data Warehouse that is synchronized with your NetSuite account? 

We have looked into both ODBC and Web Services to accomplish this.  ODBC is lacking records, and doesn't always show a last modified date on records, which would force us to pull more data than is necessary on refresh.  Web Services seems like a better option. 

I'd like to hear anyone's experience with this, or if you can recommend partners or otherwise who have a turnkey solution that would be fantastic.
