How to handle companies?
I'm working on a registration form on my website, that will create new contacts with NetSuite on submission. I'm not sure how to handle the "Your organization" form field though
We're using NetSuite so that all individuals are entered as Contacts, and all organizations are entered as Leads, Propects or Customers. This means that any individual that comes to our website and registers with the site, or requests a demo CD or other form based action, has to be stored within NetSuite.
Now, the personal details (name, email, etc) for this individual are entered as Contact details, no problem. However, some forms on my site also ask for details of the organization they work for. My question is: How do I enter that organization information into NetSuite?
