Update Support Case in Web Services using C#

Hello,

I am trying to update an existing support case using web services using C#. I have looked through the following documentation:

SuiteTalk (Web Services) Platform Guide Version: 2009.1 Rev Date: April 7, 2009

....and it does not give any explanation as to how to do this. It does for updating customers but that's not much use. In fact i've found the documention assumes that the reader knows exactly what they are doing as it lacks explanation on a numbe of elements in the code.

Can anyone tell me how to simply update an existing case?

I have tried using the following code but it always fails.
