Multiple Shipping Routes - Unworkable??

I am working on bringing in orders that use the MSR feature. I have it working when I set the shipAddress field to an address internal ID from the customer record.

The issue with using an address from the customer record is that I have to replace the address list every time I bring in a new order since it may have a new address. That changes all of the internalid's for the addresses and deletes the previous entries. Since the address sublist is non keyed I can't just add to it.

When you refresh the address list the Ship To on the sales order resets to null.
