Create new phone call if company is empty

Hello.

I can’t create new PhoneCall record when Contact for PhoneCall is specified, but Company for PhoneCall isn’t. I tried to create new phone call record with only contact reference specified and got an exception with message “Invalid contact reference key 1017”. Contact with internalId=1017 is exists in our DB, but the company for this contact is not set. Company field is optional for PhoneCall, as it is described in Netsuite documentation. I also tried the situation when both contact and company are present and both are absent, everything works. SOAP messages (request and response) are here:
