Set item pricing PHP

I am adding a service sale item using PHP toolkit. I have everything completed but I'm stuck on the item pricing. I know I need to use the PricingMatrix, Pricing and PriceList but not sure how they fit together.

Does anyone have any example code that does this in PHP?
