setting transactionbilladdress for SalesOrders in PHP

would anyone happen to know how to add a SalesOrder with the transactionShipAddress and transactionBillAddress fields set to what I specify ?

I can't seem to get this to work, this is my code :

$orderData['billAddressee'] = 'Some Guy';
$orderData['billPhone'] = '6665554321';
$orderData['billAddr1'] = '101 Some Sreet';  
$orderData['billAddr2'] = 'Suite 101';
