Online form failure
Hi All
We have an online form associated with a custom record that was working fine then suddenly whenever you try to submit it comes up with an unexpected error.
The problem is isolated to the online form as the same process through the netsuite form works fine.
All workflows have been disabled just in case one of them was causing the problem, and the scripting associated hasn’t been changed since netsuite created it.
No permissions have been changed as far as i can tell, there are some other trial online forms associated to the same custom record and they stopped working as well despite never being touched so im guessing its either a netsuite failure on the online form or there is something associated to online forms trying to run on submission that is crashing the submit process, the only 2 things i could think that would be are workflows (all disabled) or java script(has never been touched), is there anything else i could be missing?
