Error creating Check Transactions

Through web services connection (using Dell's Boomi) I am trying to create check transactions.  I get the following error back from NetSuite:
Error executing Netsuite operationorg.xml.sax.SAX
Exception:
Invalid type: {urn:bank_2012_1.transactions.webservices.netsuite.com}Check
Unknown failure

I am connecting to a development instance. Any ideas? (other transaction types work just fine through this connection)
