Adding a file to a case via C# web services
I've not found a way to add file to a case directly. My goal is for a file to be listed on the Files subtab of the Interactions tab.
I have been able to write a file to the File Cabinet, in a subfolder of my choosing, but do not know what the linkage is between file and case.
I have been able to create a message with a file attachment. This is almost good enough in that a user can see the paperclip icon on a message, but to view the file the user needs to open the message and then know to view the Files subtab.
