Error in Custom reports

Answer Oliiever Gagnon: Yeah this is a SUPER annoying bug that has been going on for several months now. Here's how to fix:

Add &crit_1_mod=TH to the end of the URL

My Qustion: Netsuite user account has an issue where it cannot view the Income Statement, Profit and loss other custom IS reports - we gets this message. " The default accounting period for this report has not been defined. Please visit 'Setup > Accounting > Manage Accounting Periods' to define this period or set up your year. " The problem is that the reporting periods are set up already. Does anybody have any ideas?
