Exporting CC / ACH

We have a customer who is moving to a third party billing and recurring payment system and wanted export their Customer Credit Cards and ACH Info. Obviously we are in the business of bringing customers to NetSuite so we have not encountered this before.

Has anyone been able to export Credit Cards and ACH Info out of NetSuite using SuiteTalk or any other method?
