Getting unit type with getList() operation

It turns out to me that the results of getList() operation on RecordType of unitsType do not contain internal IDs for the associated UOMs.

This is a problem to me as I cannot get the units from internal IDs of stock unit, sale unit in an item

The SOAP request's body:
