WebServices Falling over/slow connection

Hi Guys,

Not a developer, so please excuse if I'm not making myself clear.

We have 2 different integrations that are querying NetSuite.  One is written using PHP and the other one, I think C#.

These integrations are running across 10 different instances, and each instance is using a different username/password credentials (i.e. we are just using a regular users login details).

On some (but not all days) and foten around the same time (i.e. now) we get dramatic slowdown in the response time and/or the integrations just fail to work.  This happens on both integratiosn we have, which would lead me to believe that the NetSuite SuiteTalk interface is having problems, but surely this couldn't be happening almost every day?
