Enabling Concurrent Web Services

Can anyone tell me how to enable concurrent web services for a user. We recently added suite cloud plus to test this feature. I have looked through suite answers and it says to check the concurrent web services box on the employee record. I have looked for that check box and have not been able to find it. I have also filed a case but they have not been able to assist because they can't find it either. I do already have the standard web services enabled and it is functioning properly.
