extracting created by field from transactions

Hi All,

I am doing some Transaction Searches and am trying to obtain information on who actually created the transaction.  It does not seem to be a field that populates when I pull transaction searches, but it is a field I can populate when using the GUI.  I imagine there is some easy way to join this data, but I have not been able to find it yet. 

Any help would be appreciated.
