How can I out more about a Schema Browswer entry?

I can't help but notice that when I look at the Schema Browser, most of the "Notes" information is truncated--the entries end in ellipses.  For instance, see "Customer Record". 

Does anyone know where these notes come from?  And if they're somewhere else on the NetSuite site?  Hopefully, in their full form? 

I'd like to know this generally.

More specifically, I'm trying to find where the life cycle of an entityId is discussed.  I *think* I've read it online, but now I can't find it.
