Able to return formula columns from an advanced search?

I have an advanced search that calls a saved search in NS. The saved search needs to have a formula field created to support a CASE statement which then needs to be manipulated by our SuiteTalk program.

I've been looking at the SOAP responses and I do not see the formula fields being returned- are they supported via SuiteTalk, or will we need to find another way to accomplish this?
