Delay in new lead data received by Netsuite
Hello,
We have lead gen forms on our website that need to be able to handle large spikes in volume. We are currently using Online Customer Forms for the submissions, but they cannot handle the spikes, and we get a lot of "system contention" errors. In order to remedy this, we've added code to our site that will submit the forms sequentially in order to avoid "system contention".
This has helped us avoid errors, but it's problematic for our business model. We need to be able to respond immediately to the new leads - waiting for hundreds to come in one at a time just doesn't work - we need the data as soon as the visitor submits it.
