SuiteCloudPlus Clarification

I'd also like to have more clarification about SuiteCloudPlus with the following scenarios:


#1, Without Suite Cloud Plus: What if we have two applications running at the same time using web services to sync data to Netsuite, what will happen if these 2 apps happen to send the requests (from different users) on exact same date and time (minute/second)? Will this throw an error?

#2, Without Suite Cloud Plus: if we send out two request from different log in, how does it work? Does it need to wait for the request from the 1st log in to complete before the second one start to perform?
