Using Web Services to access a saved search (PHP)

NetSuite just told me no but figured I would ask the forum anyway

Has anyone had any access with accessing the Login Audit Trail saved search type via Web Services or scripting? It's looking like my only option is to schedule an email but we wanted to take some automagic actions on the output of the search.
