Is it possible to connect to a Report?

We have some Reports set up that point to /app/reporting/reportrunner.nl?cr=305 that organize a lot of good data, like Sales by Item breakdowns. We have an external app that we want to use that data, but I can't find a way to use SuiteTalk to connect. I can connect to Saved Searches like a Partner search or a Transaction search, but then I just end up looping through transactions and looping through items on transactions to essentially rebuild the same report I already have inside NetSuite. It would be fantastic if I could somehow access these reports externally. Is there a
