getDataCenterUrls Issue?

At approximately 8:47 PM eastern time last night (Friday, Feb. 7 2014) I started getting an error when requesting getDataCenterUrls through my web services sync application. Anyone else having this issue?

My program has been running successfully for days posting info to NetSuite and just started failing with this message last night. I have overcome by hardcoding the web service URL but this is not ideal.
