Item Fulfillment - Third Party Shipping
I am wondering if anybody else has experienced this scenario while creating item fulfillment via web integration. Specifically we are fulfilling drop ship items:
Our customer selects UPS Ground upon checkout. Our vendor fulfills the order using UPS. We disable 'shipping label integration' because our vendor is passing the tracking number to us. Shipping cost is still recalculated on the fulfillment. We bill the order and find that that the new shipping gets charged on the order. There are similar scenarios where the customer selects a non integrated method and our vendor uses a different non-integrated method and the item fulfillment amount gets changed.
