Multiple internalId's in JSON from Saved Search

I am consuming JSON from a Restlet that pushes saved searches. I was wondering if anyone has a solution for uniquely identifying the internalId fields? The problem is two fold.

If there are multiple entities and you return both internalId fields, they are both labelled "internalId". This makes it a little more difficult to parse on the consuming end. Additionally if you have 2 internalId fields and the second doesn't have a value, it will be populated with the first internalId.
