Linking File to Sales Order

Does anyone know what type of request and object is needed to link a file uploaded to NetSuite with a SalesOrder using SuiteTalk?

So for example, I know how to "Upload" a PDF from our IntraNet system to NetSuite.  I know how to Create a Sales Order.  In the UI you can attach a file to the Sales Order.  Does anyone know if / how to accomplish this with a SuiteTalk call?
