Authomating Suitetalk sales order payment

Hi friends,
i have integrated an ecommerce cart with NS.
After payment in cart when i enter the info in NS via suitetalk i also enter the CC info, And create sales order , now when after fulfilling the sales order I click on bill it tries to create a cash sale and tries to charge the credit card again.

how can i prevent double charging as i have already charged in Cart.
If i just authorize the card then the authorization expires when i fulfil the order as it is valid for 7 days only i believe.

What is the normal method you guys do, is there a way that i can charge in cart and create sales order and not charge again while transforming to cash sale.
