Case and Message Attachment Files

Hello,

I am trying to export the case and message data using the SuiteTalk services to MSSQL Server. I was able to export the case and message data and I now need to get the attachments which are associated at both the case level and message level. I am not able to find a direct a direct relation between a message or a case and the attachment associated to it.
Using the get() for messages I can get the file cabinet's internalId but not the InternalIds of the files inside it.
Has anyone done this or anything related to this before, please help!
