SuiteTalk Calculate Shipping Costs

I am working on an external shopping cart using SuiteTalk.  The Sales Order and Line Items are all looking fine, but I am struggling to find any documentation about having SuiteTalk return shipping costs before creating the actual Sales Order in NetSuite.  Is this possible?  Does anyone have any example code I can look at?  Thanks.
