error trying to add foreign billing address - region was empty in billing address
We've had a couple customers, one from the Netherlands, one from Trinidad and Tobago, who did not supply a "state" as part of their website billing addresses. When I try to add these addresses to a new customer's address book via web services, I get back an error 'region was empty in billing address'. We can create a NetSuite Lead using the gui with the foreign billing address without errors. Any suggestions for how to create such billing addresses via web services and not get this error?
