SalesOrder.Add via SOAP Webservices incorrectly calculating totals?

So with this new release 2014_2 it seems my sales orders created via the SOAP API are incorrectly calculating the totals in that they are not taking into consideration the QTY of the line items...

For example, if I create an order with 1 SKU

Sku: ABC
Qty: 4
Price: $10

The order total shows $10 ...and not $40..

What am I missing? netsuite used to calculate all of these totals for me ... am I missing something obvious?
