Adding a new message with Null recipient field
Hi,
I am trying to add messages to support cases using the Suitetalk. Some of the messages which are added by the user as case not (by editing the cases), the value of such fields is set to move. When I extract such cases and try to add to a different instance in Netsuite using the Add(), the recipient field gets populated with my name (i am logging in to the webservices using my login credentials) if i don't include it in the request XML.
I tried adding such messages by editing the case and using the <outgoingMessage> in the Update(), this left the recipient field Null, but started populating the author's name with my name instead of the original author's name;
