Get Inventory Detail Bins for an Item

We are using advanced bin management. For a given item, is it possible to get the count of that item in a bin through the web services? Essentially, I need the inventory detail tab information for an item in the UI but through web services.

Again, this is for advanced bin management. The binNumberList is ineffective as that only returns associated bins of which we have none.
