Anyone using Farapp as a web store connector to netsuite having problems ?

Been getting errors from Farapp all weekend trying to post orders to Netsuite.  Just wanted to know if others using Farapp are having the same problem or just my account.
Also had sporadic problems all last week with orders not posting. 
Would appreciate if others using Farapp could let me know if they are seeing any problems.
